Refund policy

At Summit Edge, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services. Because our work involves time, effort, planning, and custom deliverables, our refund policies are designed to be fair to both the client and our team.

By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy

All payments made to Summit Edge are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.
This is due to the nature of digital and creative services, where time and resources are invested immediately after purchase.

2. Website Design, Branding & Logo Services

Refunds are not available once:

  • Initial concepts have been created

  • Any work has begun on the project

  • Client materials or instructions have been reviewed and planning has started

Partial refunds may be considered only if:

  • No work has started

  • The client notifies us within 24 hours of payment
    Partial refunds are issued at Summit Edge’s discretion.

3. Website Maintenance Plans

Maintenance plans are billed monthly or yearly.
Refunds are not offered for:

  • Partially used maintenance periods

  • Late cancellations

  • Missed updates due to non-payment

  • Any completed maintenance work

Cancellations take effect at the next billing cycle, not immediately.

4. Digital Products & Add-Ons

If Summit Edge offers digital products (templates, graphics, etc.):

  • All digital product sales are final

  • Refunds are not given for accidental purchases or change of mind

5. Service Dissatisfaction

If you are unhappy with our service, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days so we can:

  • Review the issue

  • Provide revisions if included in your package

  • Offer a solution or correction

Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction after services have been delivered or revisions have been used.

6. Project Cancellation by Summit Edge

Summit Edge reserves the right to cancel a project due to:

  • Non-payment

  • Lack of communication

  • Inappropriate or abusive behavior

  • Violation of our terms

If we cancel a project before work has begun, a partial refund may be issued.
If work has already started, no refund will be provided.

7. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first is a violation of our terms.
If a chargeback is filed:

  • All project rights and files are revoked

  • All ongoing work stops immediately

  • The client may be permanently banned from future services

We always encourage you to communicate with us before taking this step.

9. Policy Updates

Summit Edge may update this refund policy at any time.
Changes will be posted with the updated date.
