  • Website maintenance

  • Branding & graphic design

  • Logo design

  • Content updates

  • Add-on digital services

Service details, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in your project agreement, invoice, or package description.

3. Payments & Billing

  • Payments must be made in full before work begins unless stated otherwise.

  • Monthly maintenance plans renew automatically unless canceled.

  • Late or failed payments may result in paused or terminated service.

  • All prices are listed in GBP unless noted.

  • Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete information for project work.

  • Supply required content, images, and materials in a timely manner.

  • Respond to communication promptly to prevent delays.

  • Ensure all submitted content is owned by the client or properly licensed.

Summit Edge is not responsible for delays caused by missing or late client materials.

5. Revisions

Packages may include a specific number of revisions.
Revisions beyond the included amount may require an additional fee.
Major changes or full redesigns are not considered revisions and may be charged separately.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Final designs, logos, and completed website files belong to the client after full payment is received.

  • Summit Edge retains rights to use completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

  • All concept drafts not chosen remain the property of Summit Edge.

7. Website Maintenance Plans

For clients on maintenance plans:

  • Maintenance services begin after the first payment.

  • Missed or late payments may result in suspension of updates, backups, and security monitoring.

  • We are not responsible for issues occurring during periods when maintenance was paused due to non-payment.

  • Advanced support, emergency fixes, or major updates may require additional fees.

8. Third-Party Services

Summit Edge may use trusted third-party tools such as:

  • Hosting providers

  • Domain registrars

  • Payment processors

  • Security tools

  • Design & software platforms

We are not responsible for downtime, issues, or errors caused by third-party services.

9. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
Refunds may only be issued at the company’s discretion and under special circumstances.

10. Project Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided for reference but may vary depending on:

  • Client responsiveness

  • Scope changes

  • Technical issues

  • Third-party delays

Summit Edge is not liable for delays outside our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

Summit Edge is not responsible for:

  • Loss of data

  • Website downtime

  • Security breaches caused by third parties

  • Damages resulting from misuse or unauthorized modifications

  • Loss of revenue or business due to website issues

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time.
Upon termination:

  • All outstanding payments must be settled

  • Work completed up to the termination date will be delivered

  • No future services will be provided unless re-hired

Maintenance plan cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted with the updated date. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated terms.
